My passion for health and fitness started as a result of playing sport, I was always looking for the next best thing to help develop as a footballer.
Due to this, initially the gym for me was a tool to help develop my footballing abilities. At first I felt scared and intimidated but once I took that leap through the gym doors I haven’t looked back.
The gym has now become much more, it’s now a place where I get to help a range of different people achieve a range of different goals.
My mission as a personal trainer is to help others to take that leap and guide them through their fitness journey whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, strength gain and/or a complete lifestyle change. However I do realise I only have so many hours within the day, therefore this is where my range of different services comes into play. Not only do I offer 1-2-1 training I also offer hybrid and online personal training.
No matter the service you choose, I will be with you every step of the way with encouragement and support with your journey.

When I first started out on my fitness journey I was scared to injure myself as I’ve had injuries in the past due to incorrect form and pushing too much weight too early. After the initial one to one session with Molly she put my mind at ease, explaining how we would structure the workouts and make sure my form was correct before increasing the weight. To some degree I enjoy exercise this made the gym side of my journey easier to get used to. With the help of Molly’s app tracking my calories alongside my workouts is simple. It’s a great way for myself to ensure I’m getting the nutrition I required and Molly’s daily check-ins/tips were taken on board, this made my progress fly! I first started with Molly in March 2021 with the intention of losing a little bit of weight. Shortly after I got engaged so my goal soon became getting wedding ready. Finding myself a PT was daunting in itself, having someone else know my insecurities was hard. However Molly took this on board and reassured me that we would work together and get to my goals. Molly does everything she can to understand and support me in any situation (there’s been a few!). Whenever I have needed some guidance or reassurance Molly has always been at the end of the phone. I’ve been training with Molly for over a year and continue to learn new and interesting information about my health and fitness. I came to Molly originally to gain some muscle size and reduce my body fat, as I hadn’t exercised properly in 3-6 years since completing university. Moreover, I used to be like most people, afraid and unconfident to attend the gym and without any proper knowledge of what to do and how to use any of the equipment properly/efficiently without avoiding injuring myself in the process.

Since first contacting Molly, I’ve added 2 stone (28lbs) of muscle, reduced my body fat to the lowest it’s ever been to around 12% and cured my long-term back injury.
